I'm here from out of town and my car was stopping. I looked up Meineke as closest to where I'm staying. Shaun answered the phone and he was very pleasant. When I got there he explained the diagnostic with pricing and confirmed if it was OK I said yes because I need to get back home. He said you've done the hard part by bringing it in. He said we'll take care of you. He told me what the problem was and it was fixed in about 1.5 hours, as he said. He was so nice and comforting and made an unpleasant situation better. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and with Shaun. Great experience!!

Shawn was very friendly, respectful and amazingly helpful in getting the warranty company to cover the parts and labor of everything that needed to be fixed. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and uncovered another issue that will be addressed in the near future. The shop itself was super clean and well kept.
