I had an amazing experience with Meineke at 8600 Roswell Rd and felt compelled to share it. I drive a 2014 Infiniti QX60, and a few months ago I took it to Pep Boys because the check engine light was on and the car just didn’t feel right. They told me the issue was simply that I needed a new catalytic converter and basically sent me on my way. Even after that visit, my vehicle still didn’t feel right. It would shake at times, felt unstable and I felt like there had to be something more going on, so I drove it very cautiously. Last week while driving, the situation got much worse. The car began to shake and rumble heavily and the check engine light started blinking and it wouldn’t drive over 25 mph, which was pretty scary because it felt like the vehicle was about to shut down and I was on the hwy. Thank goodness it was the 400. Someone recommended Meineke, and honestly I didn’t even realize they handled engine issues, but I had my car towed to the Meineke on 8600 Roswell Rd. I’m so glad I did. My vehicle wasn’t even there for a full day before they diagnosed multiple issues including problems I hadn’t even thought to mention. They quickly figured out why the car had been shaking and driving so poorly. The supervisor Rommel (forgive me if I’m spelling the name incorrectly), gave me a very thorough breakdown of everything that was wrong. He even showed me pictures and clearly explained what needed to be fixed immediately and what I had time to take care of. I honestly thought that I was about to have to buy another vehicle because I assumed the cost was going to be way too much, I was wrong. The prices were very reasonable, and he also helped me with a discount and a simple financing option that my Fiancé was approved for, which made the whole situation so much less stressful. What started as a very frustrating and stressful situation quickly became painless. Rommel was incredibly patient, professional, and transparent, answering all of my questions and easing my anxiety right away. Not only did they fix my vehicle (which now runs better than it has in at least two years), but they also fixed my driver-side headlight. Another shop had previously quoted me $1,800 to repair it, and Meineke fixed it for a fraction of that price. I believe that they gave me another 10 months to a year with a vehicle that probably should be salvaged lol. I’m extremely grateful for the honesty, professionalism, and quality work from the team here. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place that actually takes the time to diagnose and explain what’s going on with your vehicle, I highly recommend this Meineke location.

Meineke did a fantastic job, and I really appreciated how honest and family-oriented they are. I’m actually from Virginia and usually had a trusted mechanic back home that I’d seen since I was 16, so I rarely used other shops. But the integrity at this Meineke in Georgia won me over. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future car fixes and diagnostics.
