I dropped in today without an appointment and one of the managers was gladly happy to make an appointment for me although he did mention up front how busy they weee. When I came back for my appointment my car was quickly taken to shop to be serviced and the Manager Stephen assisted me and gave me feedback and great suggestions on oil and what was best. The Tech Evan T was great as well. Knowledgeable and communicated very well with me about the necessary maintenance that my car needed. Overall I’m happy with the service and would return.
shan nesbitt,Our Serpentine Belt snapped on our way up to Allentown, we immediately stopped at a wawa and were able to make it the additional 0.5miles to this location. They were very straight forward no upselling, very honest, and charged us a great price; had us back on the road in about an hour and a half. The manager even drove to grab the part from the local Autozone because delivery would take a few hours longer. Cant reccomend this place enough I really wish they were closer to home.
Vijay Johnson,I received a oil change from the Kirkwood Meineke sometime at the end of April. Something was done wrong because it leaked oil all over the street. When I returned with my car, the manager honored their work and did everything possible to rectify the issue. Long story short, it kept leaking oil after several failed attempts. Although it was frustrating, I was very impressed with his professionalism. Meineke is definitely my new home for car maintenance.
Donald Dorsey,I’ve experienced issues with my vehicle over the past number of months and as I was driving down Kirkwood, I was coming up and I saw the sign for Meineke and I immediately pulled in but anot before I had to make a U-turn and I went in and spoke to Derrick. I explained everything and some more and he agreed to look over my car and check my tire pressure after he was finished working on another customer’s vehicle. I think I might have been more worried about my ice cream & popsicles. And that they accommodated and put it in their freezer! I waited a short time and the other employee asked me to bring my car inside and I left him pull the car in. After both guys looking over my car, it was determined that I had no oil in my car not only that, but I had a leak. Derrick immediately agreed that the shop was open until six and had time to do my oil change, but they had to make sure that they had the filter on hand and they did. Then completing the oil change and checking the air pressure in my tires, I proceeded to pay my bill. I am thankful for the exceptional work. I am also thankful that I found a shop that will take care of my VW Passat from here forward. Thank you Meineke!
Pamela Gallagher,I appreciate the new email service pointing out what the most serious mechanical vehicle issues that need to be fixed or addressed quickly. I appreciate the 17 or 23 point oil-change inspection. My only complaint was - not receiving my (10%) Veteran’s discount. I have usually gotten it when the same cashier/agent was tending the exchange. There was a new agent & therefore I didn’t receive my usual credit. I’m obviously thankful for their professional service all the same
