Friendly and quick service. I thought it was reasonably priced.
I’ve experienced issues with my vehicle over the past number of months and as I was driving down Kirkwood, I was coming up and I saw the sign for Meineke and I immediately pulled in but anot before I had to make a U-turn and I went in and spoke to Derrick. I explained everything and some more and he agreed to look over my car and check my tire pressure after he was finished working on another customer’s vehicle. I think I might have been more worried about my ice cream & popsicles. And that they accommodated and put it in their freezer! I waited a short time and the other employee asked me to bring my car inside and I left him pull the car in. After both guys looking over my car, it was determined that I had no oil in my car not only that, but I had a leak. Derrick immediately agreed that the shop was open until six and had time to do my oil change, but they had to make sure that they had the filter on hand and they did. Then completing the oil change and checking the air pressure in my tires, I proceeded to pay my bill. I am thankful for the exceptional work. I am also thankful that I found a shop that will take care of my VW Passat from here forward. Thank you Meineke!
