I visited the Milford Meineke after an incredibly poor experience at a nearby competitor. Not only did the Meineke folks discover that I did not need the total replacement advised by the competitor, the partial replacement work performed was significantly less expensive than the competitor's quote for the same items. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and efficient, and I will definitely return there for all my vehicle repair needs. My 2009 Kia Sedona will be returning soon for an oil change, or more if needed!
Donna Finn,Broke down in rt 1 near Milford. The belt tensioner exploded and fell off. I limped the car into Milford and pulled into the Meineke shop there. They told me at first they won't be able to get to it to the next day. I had 3 dogs and my entire family with me. They then said that they would pull it in and see what was going on. I got somebody to pick my family up and the dogs. Meineke than told me that they could have it done for me in a little while. They were courteous and helpful. Had to even run out to a hardware store to get a replacement bolt that broke off. All in all I was back on the road in about an hour. Couldn't thank them enough. They went out of their way to help. Again, can't thank them enough!

They have an awesome 👌 👏 computer 🖥 system that will give you a report of some things that needs attention for repairs other then the main issue that you brought your vehicle in for. I came in for a couple of problems and found out that I had more problems like an oil leak and worn tires with pictures to prove it on the inspection report. Mr. kent was my service clerk with good mechanical information. Very informative 👏 and knowledgeable with explanation. 👍
