The several times I've taken my vehicle to Meineke, I've consistently had a positive experience. They do a great job of explaining the services my car needs in order of priority, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and have always been honest about the condition of my vehicle and the repairs required. The staff at the shop is friendly, which I certainly appreciate, but what I value most is their efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism. For me, getting my money's worth means working with people who genuinely know what they're doing and care about providing quality service. In a highly competitive industry like automotive repair, that level of competence and honesty is far more important than anything else. The only unfavorable comment I have is about the call center. If the call center isn't able to resolve customers' needs, I don't think it adds much value. I called to schedule an appointment and was told the system wasn't working and that someone would call me back. After waiting more than two hours without receiving a call, I went ahead and booked the appointment myself online. When I arrived at the shop, the representative told me that the call center rarely resolves issues and mainly just answers calls without actually helping customers. My recommendation would be to either empower the call center representatives with the tools and authority they need to assist customers effectively or eliminate the service altogether. The in-store staff provides excellent customer service, and it would be great if the phone experience reflected that same level of quality. Overall, my experience with the actual service center has been very positive, and I will continue to bring my vehicle there because I trust the team and the quality of their work.
