I've established a real trust with the shop and the management. I need to eventually make a very expensive decision with my car and typically you'd worry you were being rushed or pushed toward doing the work vs really understanding what is needed when and what all your options are. I've had all my options carefully explained to me with my safety as the top priority. I know that I have more time to make my next decision/investment with my vehicle and the shop continues to monitor the situation with me and doesn't charge me for these checks. That is an amazing level of service in this day and age and it makes sense as a business model. They know I trust them and will do the work there and they know they continue to build trust and I share my praise with coworkers and friends. I really appreciate FINALLY having a shop I can trust. kelli boiselle,My regular garage diagnosed a hole in the front flex pipe and suggested I look around. I decided to give Meineke a try. Glad I did! Got an appointment for the next morning and they showed me what they had once the car was on the lift. Gave me a quote I was comfortable with and said it’d take about 2 hrs. Just about 2 hrs later I got the call the car was ready. They replaced the pipe and another part that was severely rusted (the car is 13 yrs old). On top of that they offer a “HometownHeroes” discount which they applied since I’m a public school teacher. The car sounds great and I suggest everyone talk to the Norwich Meineke when shopping for repair.

Will recommend them to anyone who needs work. They were the most polite and courteous team of people that I have met.
