I truly have never had a better experience at a repair shop than I did at this Meineke. Ryan and Javier are knowledgeable, honest, and kind. When I went in last week, I was in the middle of a long drive and had a few hours to go before I’d get home. My suv had started to shake on the highway in a very scary way. It felt like my suspension was about to give out at any moment. I needed help, fast, and Meineke just happened to be the closest place to me. I could not have gotten any luckier. From the moment I walked through the front doors, Ryan and Javier had my back. Not only did they figure out the problem quickly, they fixed it for a very fair price, and even stayed late to get it done so I didn’t have to get a hotel for the night. Not only are they incredibly skilled mechanics, they went above and beyond to get me through a bad situation. I am so touched by their kindness, they are angels for real. Thank you again, guys, so much! And if you’re reading this, you should absolutely bring your car to these incredible dudes. I know I would. If I didn’t live 3 hours away, I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else.
