The woman at the desk was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful, and the Manager took excellent care of the problem, explaining what was wrong and what was needed. He was very accommodating, had me driven home while he did the work, and completed the job on time. Although it is too early to know, I presume that the repairs were done right
On this particular service (axle replacement) meineke was much more competitive in price than the dealer. The assistant manager Mike did a nice job getting us in quickly and completing the repair the same afternoon. I was very comfortable working with him.
Rachel is amazing and Bob is such a breath of fresh air! Rachel made sure that I was comfortable and answered any questions that I had while Bob made sure that I understood exactly what was going on with my car and looked for the most reasonable resolution. I appreciate them both!
