I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Meineke. They were able to get my car fixed in ONE day, and throughout the entire process they were professional, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. I also have to give Raj (sorry if I spelled it wrong) extra credit for being so patient with the men in my life 😂, who called them relentlessly with questions about my car, the repairs, the parts, and everything in between. He answered their questions, explained everything, and never once made us feel like we were bothering them. What they probably don’t realize is just how much their kindness and quick service meant to me personally. I lost my mom just two weeks ago, and life has already felt overwhelming enough without having to worry about my car on top of everything else. Having them get it taken care of so quickly and treating me with patience and professionalism during such a difficult time meant more to me than they will ever know. Sometimes great customer service is more than just fixing the problem it’s how you treat someone while you’re doing it. I’m truly grateful to everyone at Meineke who helped me. Thank you for making one thing a little easier for me during an incredibly hard time. ❤️ I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Julie Nelson,Brought my truck in had major exhaust problems manifolds cracked bolts broken off inside engine. Roy gave me a price pretty quick. I told him to go ahead and take care of it for me. I thought he was gonna have my truck for four or five days seeing that I had the manifold done when I first bought the truck and the mechanic had the truck for five days I was very surprised when Roy called me by 2:30 the next day saying my truck was ready. Absolutely incredible service never had anybody work on my vehicle with such a fast turnaround. And my truck sounds absolutely quiet. It’s quieter now than it ever has been since I’ve gotten it two thumbs up across the board very friendly and personable. I recommend to everybody that needs their vehicles fixed.
