Got our last two oil changes at this location. Upon getting another part replaced at a separate location, they noticed that their oil filter was still on the vehicle from when we last had our oil changed by them in December, and that it looked like somebody attempted to take off the filter but couldn't get it and ended up puncturing it. The mechanic (Raymond Ditillo) omitted that he screwed up and allowed us to be charged anyway for both oil changes and did not replace the filter. The first oil change in December of 2024 he's somehow "forgot" to put the oil cap back on under the hood, which caused a horrible gasoline smell in the car. This is complete negligence on the mechanic and seriously put my family at risk and also could have caused the engine ceise. The potential danger that this mechanic put my family in is what upsets me the most. He knew what he did and allowed us to drive away with an unsafe vehicle. I am currently waiting to hear back from corporate hopefully today after I put in an official complaint yesterday.
