Had a MASSIVE coolant leak thay wound up meaning the entire radiator needed to be replaced. I called at 845am, was at the Meineke by 945ish, and the repair was completed by 2pm. Great mechanics and fantastic customer service! Friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire experience! Went there by chance because they were the closest shop with availability, and will ABSOLUTELY be back if/when I need service to my 2015 Ford Transit Connect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - which is NOT usual for chain places like this,(FireStone/Valvoline/Jiffy Lube/etc)... USUALLY these places do crappy work, have HORRIBLE customer service, have "mechanics" that couldn't diagnose why a car with no gas won't start, and charge WAY too much for the services they DO render... but this Meineke on Wedt Main St in Meriden CT was the polar opposite of EVERY chain I've ever been to, so if you need car maintenance OR work done on your vehicle and are in thr Meriden area, I would ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place FR FR!
JoeBo Mofo,Terrence and Xavion was extremely nice and knowledgeable about my vehicle the lights on the dashboard were on and they assisted me with no problem...while getting my car serviced I noticed that it was extremely hot not sure if they had air conditioning in the building but its way too hot for them to be working under these conditions...overall the experience was lovely and I would return

The team kept to the promised timeline, and they did good work at a fair price. Xaivon was also very accommodating with after-hours drop-off and pick-up, letting me know where to safely park under a security camera.
Ronald Ciak (Ron),The office manager was very nice and welcoming. I had a Groupon and the manager helped me out with it. After the work was completed he gave emailed me a print-out of all work that’s needed on the vehicle. Im from NYC and usually get a 5 minute oil change at Jiffy Lube or one of the other quick oil change places. We don’t receive services this this. The only thing here, is the mechanic always forgets to give me a window sticker indicating when to return for the next oil change. I look forward to doing more business at this establishment in the near future. Thank you for you services.
