My car was towed to Meineke. Starting my car caused a very rough and noisy sound. My car was worked on in a timely manner. The manager Craig called me and let me know my car was ready first thing in the morning. I had to find a ride to get there but my daughter was in the middle of moving so she said she couldn’t pick me up until 3pm. She was delayed so we didn’t get there until just after 4pm when they were closed. But Craig had said if I paid online that he would leave my car in the parking lot with the key under the mat so I wouldn’t be left with no car for the weekend. It turns out that he stayed at Meinke after hours to explain the repairs he did. The 3 of us had a very pleasant conversation and my daughter ended up saying that she would take her car for an oil change at Meineke. I highly recommend Meineke and commend Craig for going the extra mile for me.
