Donna Ritch,I checked in with Jessica on Monday for an emissions test, and then asked for a quote on brakes and an oil change. She made me another appointment for Wednesday to do that work. I called her on Wednesday while they were working on the car to see if the technician could check a squeak coming from the front right suspension. Towards the end of the day the asst manager John called to tell me the work was completed and added some great news that they discovered a loose bolt on the front cross bar, which they tightened up and no more annoying squeaky front end. No charge. When I went to pick up the car near the end of the day, Jessica, John, and the senior technician Ross were there in the office to greet me and went over the work they performed that day. I feel like all three people went above and beyond to take excellent care of not just my car but me as well. Coming from someone who was in the car business for 35 years, this was very important to me and I let them know I would definitely be returning in the future for additional work on multiple cars. Overall an excellent experience and kudos to the team who took care of me!

They have lost me as a customer!! I guess loyalty does not account for anything anymore. Certainly not with Meineke.
