Needed Emissions done so I called to see if they take appointments. They do not, so I asked if there is a good time to come, was told to come right then and I would be done in a half hour or less. Nick was very friendly and said if I need anything else, to come on in. Seems like a popular place with lots of cars there for service. A few friends of mine only go here for service so I trust their recommendations too!
I’m not a car guy. But these folks seem to know what they’re doing. And of course - I’ve reached out to folks that I do know are car techies. And they seem to agree with what’s being done here. A 2018 Jeep with some issues. But these folks Hustle to get it done. And are completely transparent. Even saying somethings don’t need to get done yet. Call for an appointment. Best way to go. Kudos to Jessica and Cesar for making the experience bearable. And to the other workers I don’t know by name - great hustle!! Thanks
Took my 2011 Forester the staff is excellent specially nick. He made me feel li I knew him for years very professional and fair. They gave me a fair price. Was worried thought it was gonna cost me an arm and a leg. Not at all satisfied with the bill. Nick looked out. Will be going back for another service.
Second time I went to them as walkin for a quick change of my low beam bulb. They did it quickly welcome as walkin. Many thanks to Nicholas. I am very pleased at their service and the environment of the office room with well behaved staffs. Take care.
