This location was quick and fair with their price. I was referred to this location from another because the A/C recharge (1234yf) was unavailable. After a quick call over the phone they were able to squeeze me in quick. I was quoted up to $1,200.00 at other shops to perform task but Meineke did the job for less then half. Not only that they did a check on my truck as well and reminded me that I needed to check my TMPS sensor on my rear passenger tire.
I had another great experience at Meineke, and I especially want to recognize Bradley for his outstanding customer service. The shop was absolutely slammed, which honestly speaks to how great they are. Even under that pressure, Bradley remained level-headed, professional, and welcoming to every single customer. I watched him handle some less-than-ideal interactions with patience and grace, which says a lot about his character. What I appreciated most was how thoroughly he reviewed my estimate to make sure I was getting the correct parts and services for my vehicle. He was ethical, transparent, and genuinely looking out for my best interest. That kind of honesty is invaluable in auto repair.
