I went in to Meineke a few weeks ago to get an oil change. From the start, everyone who I came into contact with were very kind and helpful. Upon taking my car back for the oil change, they took a closer look at my car as a whole. They even went as far as to pull up a full CarFax report on my vehicle, so they could have a better understanding of the care it has had prior to being in their shop. They took the time to take pictures and wrote notes about the condition of my car from top to bottom. They emailed all of this information to me before I left the building, so now I have it for my records as well. I have been having an issue with my car that a couple of other mechanics have not been able to figure out over the last year or so. Meineke figured out the issue and took care of it the same day. My car was driving like brand new when I left that day. Everyone was very patient with me, being that I know nothing about cars. They were happy to explain what was going on with my car and what needed to be done more than once, since I needed a little extra clarification to understand. I don’t remember the last time my car felt this good to drive! I really appreciate the hard work, honesty, and kindness that I got to experience with Meineke. Highly recommend!!
