The customer service was friendly, professional, and honest from start to finish. They were upfront about the work that needed to be done, completed everything within the promised timeframe, and never tried to upsell me or tack on unnecessary charges. It's refreshing to find an auto shop that's straightforward, trustworthy, and respectful of your time. I'll definitely be back for future service and highly recommend them.

I had been experiencing some suspension issues for just over three months now I took my car to three different shops all of whom tried to oversell me on control arm, ball assembly, swaybar, bushings, and replacing my control arm. I took my car here. Mike looked at it and came back with his recommendation, which was a lot less expensive than the other places had quoted me. I will be a customer here for life. Had an appt on a Saturday, oil change took about an hour which some may say is too long but it was a Saturday so I had no issue with it. Also had tires rotated with a stellar online coupon offered. Fellow who helped me was profesh, friendly and efficient. He was tolerant of another customers boyfriend coming in to tell him how to do his job, which happens far too often in customer service. Will be back.
