Wow. Michael was absolutely wonderful and we thrilled with his work. We are on a roadtrip when our check engine light turned on and our car started acting weird. Michael squeezed us in right before close, identified the issue quickly and went above and beyond solving it so we could get back on the road. Because it’s Saturday, we would have been stuck in the Springs til Monday, since all the shops are closed Sunday. And he managed to cut us a deal on labor. We really appreciated this, highly recommend!!

I was in and out in a timely fashion and my car is old…and they found some ‘issues’…but didn’t try to ‘hard sell’ me at all. John walked me thru the things that were ‘priority’ but let me make my own decision. I also watched him answer phones and deal with ‘front desk’ while busy …always super professional. The technician was super kind and helpful, and the manager in the office was also really kind and even went out of his way to order a part from nearby to be delivered immediately so they could do the service that same day. They were really efficient and helpful, and went above and beyond!

The inspection was very thorough, including photos and comments from the mechanic. TA DeLuca,Yesterday, I had my car serviced. I called the previous day to schedule the appointment. However, the estimated time that I was given, was not correct. I only planned on being there a few hours and then to work afterwards.I ended up being there all day, and they were unable to provide transportation back home. I would have planned for a ride if I had known. I couldn't find anyone available on such short notice, either. it ended up being an extremely long visit. John, Who was at the front desk, was absolutely amazing! . Huge shout out to him and three techs who worked hard on my vehicle, as well as all the others.
