I’ve been coming to this Meineke location for a while now, and I consistently have a great experience. Anthony, the manager, and his team go above and beyond when it comes to both quality of work and customer service. They’re always honest about what needs to be done, explain everything clearly, and never try to upsell unnecessary services. The work is done efficiently, and I feel confident that my vehicle is in good hands every time I bring it in. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this team has definitely earned mine. Came in to get my rotors, brakes, and oil changed on my Camry and they did it in a very timely manner! Didn't try overcharging, and they have loads of coupons going on at the moment which helped a lot. Recommended I get my rotors changed and air filter changed and will always send you pictures to prove it. Will be stopping back in!

Took 2012 Toyota Tacoma to Meineke Franchise off Powers Road on Thursday July 16th. Had gotten AC recharged there in August 2023 and had good experience. When I got there at 1130 am they were very busy but said could get me in approximately an hour. They did start work at 1245 pm but experienced difficulty with recharging g tbe AC and I did not get truck back until after 245 pm. The difficulty was due to a blockage with AC u it which would only accept 0 5 pounds out a 1.6 pound capacity. I was pla ning on drinking Truck back east 1850 miles in Centeal PA for my mother's 97th birthday party on July 18. They tried to recharge the AC 3 times before I forming me of tbe issue. Whike appreciative of their persistence...my constructive criticism is tbey should have informed me of the blockage when first encountered to discuss with me...the customer...how best to proceed. Yes the temperature was in high 80s and during drive would reach 94. However time was also important as I had planned to drive as close to Columbia Missouri that day (arrive near midnight MT) as part plan to get to travel destination. Bottom line is i was informed of blockage and that AC was blowing cool air into cabin but they could not fi d any leaks and could not guarantee on how long AC would deliver cool air. I thanked them for advising status but said being able to drive back to my Mom's 97th party on time was first priority. I was able to just east of KC by 1 am MT that day and also able to reach destination in cool cabin (72 to 73) with 6 hours remaining before tbe 97th day celebration began. Had they infrmed of blockage issue after first recharge so we could doscuss....in my mind the best customer focused approach...thatcwoyld have saved 45 minutes. That is reason I gave 4 stars versus 5.

After a long, busy day the guys at the shop stayed a little late to put the repaired tire back on the vehicle and get the spare tire put back on its holder. That added effort made my life a little easier and was greatly appreciated! Great service.
