The tech and front desk lady were 2 of the best at what they do when it comes to customer satisfaction than I've ever witnessed. EVER!! I hope they both get a bonus, raise or promotion. Craig Casner,I've been going to this location for years now, and they've been instrumental in keeping my old beater Civic in working order. I give a strong recommendation for reasons I'll cover below. First, the team has always been courteous and happy to explain their findings and processes with a level of clarity and sincerity that honestly helps build trust, which is why I keep going back. They do thorough inspections, and they're precise in their interventions meaning that they stick to just fixing just the things that are broken and no more than necessary. They will also notify you of recommended maintenance items so that you're aware of what could use attention soon before it blows up in your face: things like low brake tread, lights that are out, oil leaks, etc. They order parts under warranty and I've personally had one occasion where a part failed within the warrantee window, and they took care of everything. Finally, beyond the work that goes into the vehicle, they're also upfront about their schedule, and give realistic estimates on how long the car takes to fix - or if they're not sure yet (such as when an inspection isn't finished yet), they'll tell you that rather than placate with false promises. This is hands down the mechanic I've been to.

Rob Novy,Outstanding service! I have taken my vehicles here for years. Very honest as the last time they refused to repair my vehicle because they said it has a manufacturers defect and needs a need engine. Where to go and how to get the new engine installed under the warranty. This time I had an oil change and if they would check if the car dealership had done the proper repair (repaired the leaking air conditioner lines) which I suspected they did not. Meineke told me they only refilled the refrigerant. Peter was very helpful and patient with my questions. And the mechanic did an outstanding job checking and photographing anything else, as well as the oil change.
