I scheduled an oil change online, but when I arrived, there was a system glitch that had overbooked my time slot. The employee, Mark, handled it incredibly well. He took full accountability for the mix-up and offered me a free oil change if I rescheduled for later in the week. I came back a few days later, and the service was excellent. Truly outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find a shop with that level of integrity!
They were fantastic! Jed was friendly and honest and took time to explain the issues with my car, as well as how to prevent them in the future. I rarely leave a mechanic feeling like I was treated with respect or that I even fully understood what I had just paid for. This was the opposite and the best experience I have ever had!
Wow! !!! I highly recommend this shop. Came in to have my A/C inspected due to no cooling on my 1988 Mercedes Benz 300TE. Mind you this shop came highly recommend by another shop that I had stopped by. Jed, Joel and the boys recommended a swap from R12 to R34 refrigerant and I was in and out at a great price. These guys know what they are doing in the shop but above all know what they are doing at the counter. The customer service and comprehensive diagnostics with pictures is above reproach. I will be bringing my wagon back for a rear wheel bearing because of the incredible customer service and care here. Keep it up fellas!!!!
Jeff takes care of his customers and is honest. They dont recommend repairs that are unnecessary like some places do. He also helped me out when I was in jamb yesterday and was not near their location, he called another location at closing time and they were able to replace the screws on the undercover of my car so it wasn't dragging on the ground after one of the screws fell out. He got me back on the road and saved me from having to call a tow truck. Thank you Jeff and thank you to the manager at the Broomfield location who stayed late to get me back on the road. That's REAL customer service, which seems to be harder and harder for find these days. If I could give 10 stars I would.
