Every place I been too has made it difficult for me in some way to verify if services like a fluid flush or an air filter change ( for example) is actually necessary or not and what I came to admire about this place is the honesty and work ethic each of these workers possess. The way they communicated with me was direct and informative as well so there was no communication gaps. -I have a 2019 Mercedes Benz -CLS with no knowledge of prior maintenance record and was running rough but turns out it was just due for an oil change. Now it runs smooth. No problems. I will definitely be returning Thank you!! Keep up the Integrity you guys are doing an amazing job and I appreciated your service. 🙂
Ashley Sotelo,New management!! I have no idea how this location was before they got new management, I was just passing through the area on a road trip. But I honestly wish we had this shop with their current staff back home. This was our best Meineke experience ever! They were SO kind, fit us into their schedule, and really just took great care of us. I appreciated the owner being a good family man that could sympathize with us wanting to keep our family safe on our road trip. And the mechanic that worked on our car was thoughtful and thorough. He was friendly and communicated with us, leaving us with a peace of mind that we could make it home safely. We cannot thank them enough!
Dallin,I was visiting here in San Diego and I was hearing a noise from the back of my car. I stopped at meineke and they found that the undercarriage cover had come loose and it was being drug along the ground.So they removed that for me.And when I asked them what I owed them, they didn't even charge me for fixing it. I am leaving this review because they were very kind and very helpful and didn't mind spending a few minutes without charging me. I think nowadays it's really hard to find trustworthy good people to work on your car from what I saw.I would highly recommend them.
