Had an inspection done on my car after some terrible noises were coming from the wheel areas while driving. These guys got it checked out within a reasonable amount of time, and were understanding when I said I couldn’t afford the quote for my drum brake total replacement and would have to pick up my car for now. The guy I spoke with said he would see what could be done during reassembly to help with the noise since it was pretty loud (without me asking for anything to the sort). I picked up my car and got additional useful information about things I should keep an eye on that they found during the inspection, not urgent but to be mindful of. I left there feeling like I could trust these guys. Which is a big deal considering a few months ago I was absolutely screwed by a shop that I paid almost $4,000 to. Therefore I’m very weary of shops now, but I absolutely will use these guys for future repairs. Whatever they did when putting my stuff back on from inspection did resolve the unbearable noise, obviously the core problem wasn’t fixed but they went above what was necessary and it is very much appreciated.

They called me right away, explained the issue, and asked for approval before doing any additional work. They were able to extract the stripped bolt and replace the drain plug for an extra fee, which ended up being way less than I expected. I really appreciated that they communicated everything clearly and didn’t just do the work without checking with me first. Everything has been working great ever since. Great service, fair pricing, and honest communication. I would definitely recommend them!
