Got a groupon coupon for a oil change. Doesn't work for my vehicle (synthetic blend).gave me the same price for full synthetic but had to pay extra for the difference in price of the oil (full synthetic) and more expensive filter. The inspection revealed thin rear brake pads i wasn't aware of and the need of an alignment i knew i needed. Did the work fast and even recommended a near by restaurant where I could get breakfast while I was waiting. Will be going back for my brake job soon.

My experience at meineke was a pleasant one. I called ahead to try and schedule a service appointment for the same day, I was told all slots were booked. I was told if I really need it done today to drop off my vehicle. I dropped it off and was fortunate, they somehow got it done in less than 2 hours, when I was expecting it to take all day. I was home and my car is running smooth after having all 4 wheels aligned in less then 3 hours. They price matched service pricing I found on line. That's huge now a days when everything is so expensive. It was a nice little break I needed on the price of repairs. 5⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

When I had my oil changed in April, mind you I've been going to the shop for a couple years regularly, I was told the price of the service went up $10. He said I don't know if you've heard but there is a war going on in the Middle East and the price of oil per barrel has increased over $100 per barrel so we absolutely had to raise our price. But when I went in yesterday for the same service I told the technician that the price of oil per barrel today is the lowest it's been all year. Even from before when the war started. So I asked if that $10 can be taken off and drop back down to the regular price. Which should only make sense they raised it $10 because of the expensive oil so when oil is cheaper than ever in the past year that $10 should come back down. I was told no it doesn't work like that. So I guess the way it works is it goes up fast for whatever excuse but when that excuse reverses it does not come back down? Seems kind of shady

I was told by Honda dealership that my break pads need to be replaced ( 2 mm). I took my Honda civic to Meineke for breaks replacement and they told me that my breaks are doing great (at 5 and 7 mm) and that I don’t need this service yet. Very happy with this honest business. Will come back again for my oil change and other services. Respect for not upselling anything that’s not necessary at the moment.
