It was the first time that this happens to me these guys are amazing people. They went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They were already closing when I got there and Mr Smith asked where I was coming from I said Stockton and he felt bad that I would have to go back again so he took my car in for an inspection the actual guy who inspected my car even attached my license plates for me since I did not have the tools to do it myself. This was a great experience thank you all for helping me that day🙏🏼🥰

This is a follow-up to my initial review. I returned to Meineke on 11/18/25 for a brake fluid flush, a coolant flush and four tire sensors. Hello again, this is a follow-up to my 8/19/25 post. I finally made it back to Meineke on 10/27/25 to complete the recommended repairs. I initially called on Friday, 10/24/25, and spoke to Chris (I hope I got that right) and explained that I wanted to give them time to order the required parts and he informed me that if I could authorize the repairs online they could order the parts and do the repair the following Monday at 8 am. I took my car in at 8 am and Dario was kind enough to drive me home while my car was repaired. After the repair was complete, Dario picked me up so I could retrieve my car. Once again Meineke has done a great job! Thank you, Meineke. This is another update. I went to Meineke on 8/19/25 for an oil change and tire rotation. To my dismay both Jason, the former manager, and Sergio, his former assistant were no longer there. However, the new manager Michael and his assistant quickly helped me. They got me in and out in a timely manner and I look forward to building a relationship with the new management. They made needed recommendations so I will make an appointment to return to get those items done. While I was sad that both Jason and Sergio relocated I am happy that the business was left in capable hands! This is another update. I went to Meineke today, 11/27/24, as I had a problem with the right front driver's side tire deflating and the tire pressure light. They once again came to my rescue and got me in and out in no time! This is an update for an 8/27/24 visit. I took my 2011 Scion XB to Meineke in Elk Grove, CA as the emissions were running high and smelly. Once again Jason and his crew took care of me and my vehicle. They found that I needed a new catalytic converter. Jason quoted me the cost for an OEM converter and the cost for an after-market converter BUT he also explained that sometimes going with the less expensive model could come with an added expense when the converter does not meet the CA emission laws. I not only don't need any more headaches but I prefer OEM parts in my car, so Jason quoted me a price and we went with it. When it came time to pay the invoice was slightly less than the quote! I was pleasantly surprised 😮. Jason had forgotten to list on my order to have my tires rotated so he instructed me to come back in at my convenience. My Schedule didn't allow me to do this until 10/25/24, however, Sergio made an appointment for me at my convenience and Meineke did the tire rotation as promised. Jason and his crew are exceptional and deserve 10 stars! I'm new to the area so I was looking for a mechanic shop, a friend recommended this Meineke Center. They proved to be excellent. My car needed a lot of work, and I mean a lot. Jason, the manager, was very helpful and very efficient as well as all of his employees. They completed all the work on my vehicle over three days and now my car drives like a new vehicle! I'm SO happy! I did not want to buy a new car, I love my Scion XB and now I will get many more miles out of it, thanks to Jason and his crew! This is an update to my first review on 9/13/23. I initially took my car to Meineke on 9/11/23 and got it back on 9/13/23. As I drove away I noticed that the tire air pressure light was still on so I returned to the shop and it was discovered that with all the parts that had to be ordered the tire sensor was missed. Jason immediately apologized. He said he would order the part and take care of the installation because of his overersight. True to his word, the part was ordered and installed on 9/21/23 with expertise and professionalism. And quickly! I had forgotten to mention that my key FOB had expired and changing the battery wasn't the answer. Jason once again came to the rescue and recommended a local locksmith who could replace it and program it for much less than a dealership! This Meineke Car Care Center has earned a loyal customer. Thanks to Jason and all of his crew members.
