Before the remainder of this review, I just want to say, if not for Nate, I would not return. First, I scheduled an appointment online at 0800. Google showed the business opened at 0730. Upon arrival at 0720, there was no sign of anyone. But I was early so no biggie. 0730 came and went. No sign of anyone. So I pulled to the garage area and noticed the business hours said they open at 0830. Hmm. By this time a blonde gentlemen got out of his car and went inside, so I tried to call. This is when Nate saved the day. He came out to my car. I explained about my online appointment, he apologized and said the new hours had not been updated online but if I came back at 0830, he would get me right in. He was honest, kind, and professional. So I went to get coffee and came back. Nate kept his word and got me right in. The oil change took longer than expected but Nate kept me in the loop. Even though it took about 2 hours, I would return to this shop for my next service. There were things that were beyond their control that caused the delay. But the kindness and professionalism made the difference. Thank you Meineke team on Broadway. And Nate, thank you for valuing your customers.
