I have never been to Meineke before and went Saturday the 21st of February. Made an appointment for 1pm. Unfortunately I blew a tire on my way there and had to go get a new one. Called and spoke with Nate. He was so kind and changed the appointment for me to 2:00. Unfortunately I didn't get down there till 2:20. He was still able to get me in and I was out and on the road by 3:15. Truly amazing customer service and staff all the way around. 100% recommend everyone going there.
Jacob & Nathan were extremely helpful doing the diagnostic, ordering a part for me and taking care of my repairs. I am so glad they have such a great tech for my Range Rover, I get pretty sick of dropping my car off for a week and these guys took care of it in a day. Great job!!!
