Courteous service. Prompt at servicing my vehicle and accommodate for the best time when I had to reschedule and honest with me about which repairs are priority and why I can't wait too long before I take my vehicle in to get that next repair bf it becomes a serious road safety concern. When an expensive electrical repairs on my window suddenly popped up and I didn't have the cash on hand, I appreciate that they gave me a finance company to help me pay the repair with a 3 months interest free loan from one of their finance companies. Service with courtesy and (unless it's a real safety repair issue) - pressure free.
Me, Maria Ann,Meineke and Randy the manager along with the amazing Machanic saved me hundreds of dollars after I had my vehicle towed after it broke down on the freeway to another facility that I won’t name at this time. They told me it was gonna be $900 just to diagnose if it was the starter that caused my car to just stop in the middle of the road but they needed four hours labor to get to the starter on a Jeep compass is what they told me. I truly did not trust that this was legit so I had my vehicle towed to Meineke on Hayden and Thomas Road Scottsdale! Randy and expert mechanic found that it was just a corroded wire, a elec wire ground issue and only charged me 100.00 complete! Thank goodness, my gut told me not to trust the other mechanics, even though it was hard to have it taken from them and towed to another shop! They weren’t too happy with me, but that’s OK!
