i’ve been going to this Meineke for over a year now and it has been a great experience each time. I got to this location because 2 other Meineke locations in the valley refused to service a Volkswagen. I called and Cory answered saying they would be able to service my vehicle that day and run diagnostics bc it was a new to me vehicle. (08/2025) we made a game plan for repairs/maintenance then he assisted with finding coupons to make it manageable. i sold that vehicle (thank god the mechanics take the pictures they do bc that Tiguan was not going to last) then brought in my current VW i purchased from a dealership. I called Meineke and Cory answered again saying him and the crew would be happy to do an inspection on the new VW. i explained the front suspension sounded like it was going out but the Bill Luke Dealership blamed it on me not understanding that “used cars are going to make some noise” and “give it some time”. they found the suspension WAS broken and emailed me pictures to sent to the dealership to get it fixed on the warranty. the assistance was out of their was to fix a problem that wasn’t even theirs (10/2025) since then i’ve been going back for routine maintenance like oil changes and flushes.(most recent 07/23/2026) Cory does the same thing where we look for coupons and not try to run wallet dry. i get my approve/decline service list and ask Cory “how much is this” “how much time do i got” for every single like. I yell “decline that service bc i can do that at home!” and they all graciously put up with it I’m confident if something did go wrong after i leave the shop, i would be able to drive right back and they would make the situation right. I know enough about vehicle repair. I know it’s really hard to find a place to trust from the work they do to the people behind it. I trust this specific location of Meineke because of Cory and the crew he has. I see the way they enjoy and are passionate about their work to make every person and vehicle right.

I purchased new tires for my vehicle, and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the work was done right. It's hard to find honest and reliable customer service these days, and Corey went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing tires or automotive service.

When I’m able to drive again, I’m coming to speak with y’all. UPDATE: I was able to bring my truck in. Sensor was damaged. It was taken care of. Spoke with management on location.
