Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Phoenix, AZ #2128

Update: I was driving home when my car suddenly stopped. The battery worked but nothing else. It was 118 outside. Some guys came along and offered to push my car out of the way it stopped in front of a competitor’s shop. They got me into the parking lot where I called for a tow. The tow took awhile but I felt better about having my car towed 2 miles down the road than leaving it at a shop o didn’t know. Darren and his team fixed the problem and while I was there we completed the rest of my list of repairs. (Older car- high miles and it already had scheduled services due.) Original Review: They answered my questions about my last appointment and then on this appointment, we were able to solve the problems and concerns quickly and efficiently at a very fair price I feel good about bringing my car to this location

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of professionalism, hospitality, and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled efficiently, communication was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Matt truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Miguel was also fantastic to work with—both of them created a welcoming environment and made the experience enjoyable. The speed, attention to detail, and customer service were top-notch. I had brought in my car today and I can’t recommend a better shop to take your vehicle! Miguel and his crew were the ones that helped me and made the entire process simple, fast and very easy, their professionalism is up to par with some of the best I have seen and I look forward to bringing my vehicle back and knowing that it is in the best of hands, I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough because the crew they have is on top of everything, thank you for the wonderful service again and will definitely be seeing you soon for my next service

been going here since 2023 and i never stopped going back to this specific location. i trust them with my car and everyone i’ve worked with, including Ruben this most recent time, has been very communicative with me for someone who isn’t super educated on mechanical things. i’ve always appreciated the multiple payment plan options available making it an easy decision to go through with my servicing (small issues turns into bigger ones). again, i have no complaints and even when i move back to the east coast, ill stay with Meineke and still miss this bell road location lol. thank you to all the techs and everyone involved with taking car off my first car🌷
