I want to take a moment to recognize the OUTSTANDING customer service we experienced at Meineke on Highway 72 in Madison. My car was expected to be ready when I arrived to pick it up, but unfortunately, there were some unforeseen issues that delayed the repair. The problem was, I had an extremely important appointment that I needed to get to, and I was already on a tight schedule. This is where Thor, one of the technicians, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Instead of simply telling me my car wasn't ready and leaving me to figure things out, Thor immediately offered me some water, told me not to worry, and assured me that he would personally take me to my appointment so I could make it on time. He even offered to come back and pick me up afterward! Now THAT is customer service! 🙌🏾 Thankfully, my husband was able to pick me up from my appointment, so Thor didn't have to come get me. But I want to make it very clear that the willingness to stop what he was doing, take care of a customer, and make sure I wasn't left stranded did not go unnoticed. In today's world, customer service can sometimes feel like a lost art. That's why when someone takes the time to do their job well AND goes above and beyond to make sure a customer is taken care of, I believe it deserves to be recognized. Thor, THANK YOU! And thank you to the entire Meineke team on 72. From the service to the communication and the willingness to help, you all made an unexpected situation so much easier. Shannon Bailey,I feel so lucky we found this Meineke! While on a road trip from Columbus Ohio to Florida with my family we were having car trouble. We just happened to be staying right next to this shop and I feel blessed we were. I needed a new alternator in my Honda Odyssey. These guys worked what I consider a miracle. They got the parts needed and got me back on the road within just a couple of hours. They were so nice to us and really seemed to care about our time crunch and vehicle safety. Honest in their diagnosis and integrity with their pricing and work. If I broke down in Alabama again I would 100% go here. Hands down amazing service.
Meghan N,Went there as a first time customer, let me tell you, they took good care of me! I was very impressed with them not being pushy about other stuff I know needs done. Being a woman, places try to take advantage of that. I know a bit about vehicles, so when something sounds and feels fishy, I am out. This place took me right out to the shop to show me a damaged oil pan from getting my oil changes done at Walmart. Never again will I do that one. I will now be using them as my mechanic. I would definitely recommend them!!!
Lila Osborn,I went in for an oil change and to get my squeaky brakes looked at (they were relatively new, but squeaked when first starting the car). The oil change was routine and the brakes were fine (squeaking was due to "flash rusting": something that occurs with some materials and wet conditions...apparently I got some lower-cost brakes from my last mechanic). Inspection discovered that my front end needed alignment, the front driver's-side tie rod was severely damaged (thanks Interstate 20 potholes), and a bulb needed replacement. I opted for all issues to be corrected. Service was completed by the end of the day. Joshua (the employee I was dealing with) asked me to bring the car back in within a week because he was getting the alignment machine re-calibrated and wanted to make sure my alignment was correct. The new re-alignment was offered at no cost. I brought the car back in a week, they redid the alignment, thus completing all work on the vehicle with minimal hassle. Overall, I am very impressed. I was going to rate this service 4-stars because Meineke (the corporation) is pricey in general, but the service was so good, I have to rate it 5.

After the A/C check, turns out I needed a new compressor; Corey addressed all of my questions and concerns; his customer service was impeccable!
