The staff at this Meineke is very gracious and helpful. About a year ago, I had airbags installed on the rear suspension of my truck at a Meineke location in Texas. On Friday, 15 May, I was preparing to tow a vehicle on a trailer and, when I attempted to air up the air bags, nothing happened but a whoosh of air. The rear of the truck didn't raise. I took the truck to the Meineke in Athens/Madison and the tech saw that the air line had burned through. At some point, the clip supporting the air line had come loose, the air line fell on the exhaust pipe and burned through. The tech cut out the burned portion of the air line, replaced with a new line and connectors and securely attached it to the floor pan. Free of charge. I am so thankful for the guys at this Meineke and I highly recommend!

So, I’ve had 2 experiences with these guys and they were really nice, transparent, and it seem like they genuinely was trying to help me out especially being a woman. I’ve worked with Adam, Joseph, and Alex on the explanation piece and Thor actually worked on my car. They got me in and out pretty quickly and worked with me if ya know what I mean, so yea really grateful for the guys. I feel comfortable to bring my car back if need be.
Meineke is the number one car care center. I give them a 10/10 from customer service to vehicle diagnostics to the service they provide. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else I promise the experience won’t be the same.
