I went to Firestone originally and they didnt keep me informed kept my car fo a week and refused to work on it. Then I was instructed to take it to meineke in florence and it was a night verses day experience. Meineke kept me in the loop explained everything every step of the way and it was an all around good experience. They made a permanent customer out of me. Highly recommend.

Friday at 3pm I saw my brake fluid was leaking onto my driveway & my breaks weren't working! I immediately called Meineke. Within the hour their tow company had picked up my car & had it at the shop ( for FREE ). & throughout the ENTIRE process I received text message updates. This is the 1st time I've had a auto company text me with a link when inspection was finished with the details of EVERY inch of my vehicle, with categories of bad, future needed attention, & good condition. Along with the pix of my car parts & videos available explaining why its important to fix & stay on top of said repair! VERY cool! I will be a returning customer & will recommend to people i know!
