10/10 would recommend! Outstanding customer service & very fairly priced. I left feeling like i did NOT get taken advantage of, unlike other places around town! & i LOVE that this company is open on Saturdays! Friday at 3pm I saw my brake fluid was leaking onto my driveway & my breaks weren't working! I immediately called Meineke. Within the hour their tow company had picked up my car & had it at the shop ( for FREE ). & throughout the ENTIRE process I received text message updates. This is the 1st time I've had a auto company text me with a link when inspection was finished with the details of EVERY inch of my vehicle, with categories of bad, future needed attention, & good condition. Along with the pix of my car parts & videos available explaining why its important to fix & stay on top of said repair! VERY cool! I will be a returning customer & will recommend to people i know!
