I had an amazing experience working with Jodi. This was my first time ever dealing with a vehicle breakdown, and I was completely unsure of what to do. From the very beginning, Jodi walked me through every step of the process and made everything so much easier to understand. Her communication was outstanding, and her customer service was truly phenomenal. She was incredibly kind, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. No matter what came up, she was always helpful, understanding, and willing to work with me. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a much smoother experience because of her support and professionalism. I genuinely appreciate everything she did for me and would highly recommend working with Jodi. She is an absolute asset to the company!

Amazing service! Jodi was a huge help. I brought my car in for an oil change on a Saturday morning and they were running behind and couldn’t get my car back to me by when I needed it, so she offered for me to drop it off first thing sunday morning and they had me out of there in under 2 hours. They didn’t have the specific part in stock for my car so they went and grabbed it from another store in town and still had me out super quick. Overall amazing experience and even the techs were very kind and straight forward. (Kaleb worked on mine, great guy. Very honest)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at Meineke, Tudor Anchorage! I recently visited Meineke in Tudor Anchorage for a tire change, and I am compelled to share my outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, Jovie, one of the receptionists, was incredibly helpful and professional. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was smooth. After I dropped off my car, I mentioned that I would be picking it up after 6 PM, just before closing time. To my surprise, Jovie assured me that she would wait for me, which made me feel very appreciated as a customer. Later in the afternoon, I called to confirm that I was on my way. A gentleman answered the phone and informed me that they were closing soon. I explained my situation, and thankfully, Jovie’s promise stood strong. When I arrived, she was still there waiting for me! Not only did she honor her commitment, but she also mentioned that she was happy to deliver on her promise and waited for me for 20 minutes. Her compassion and commitment to customer service were evident, and I am beyond grateful for her assistance. Employees like Jovie truly deserve recognition, and I believe she should be rewarded for her hard work and dedication. Thank you, Jovie, for making my experience at Meineke exceptional! You are a valuable asset to the team, and I hope your efforts are recognized.

I visited this location because my wheel is kind of pulling and I just got an alignment at Toyota. I was thinking brakes maybe… Wanted a second opinion. Dropped my car off for a couple hours they called and said it was done. When I picked it up he gave me a full print out of a thorough inspection, steering, fluids, brakes, tires, the works. Said my brake pads were fine but my tires were getting close on overall age and that uneven wear was most likely the cause of the wobbling. Recommended new tires and also new wheels cuz mine are a bit too wide for ideal. Or told me I could lift the front a couple inches and keep the wheels the same, cuz earlier I had mentioned wanting to lift it. Potato, potato. (Just bought the truck a year ago with these wheels on it). Anyways, they didn’t charge me for anything, sent me the link to the recommended services and inspection report, it’s really thorough. I would totally 100% go back to this location. The guy seemed very honest, and I totally felt like I was well taken care of given the fact that he went over everything they found at no cost. And I told him when I dropped off that I was trying to get into doing my own work so that actually would have given him a better reason to just skim the surface here, but the exact opposite happened. What a really great service and experience.

The gentleman at the counter was trying real hard to please everybody but it made it difficult that he didn't know a lot about the people there and it seemed like customers were sent to this day knowing that the regular staff would not be there also there were a lot of cars that were not taking care of previously and were in the parking lot when I got there and I was the first customer there was only one parking spot so cars were parking in front of other cars and it made it difficult again the gentleman at the front counter was doing his best to please his customers
