Tyler and Jason were amazing! And if anyone gets to meet the famous Punisher, just know you’re in for a laugh. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me understand my situation. They kept great records, provided me with a Carfax report that has been extremely helpful with my current transfer case issue, and helped me navigate the warranty process. They took my concerns seriously, recognized the issue right away, documented everything, and even gave me a referral in hopes that my warranty would cover the repair. What stood out to me even more was how they treated everyone who came in that day. Whether someone needed help scheduling, had a question, or needed quick service, they were patient, cooperative, and did their best to help each customer. I really appreciated how helpful, honest, and welcoming they were. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend this Meineke location!
bonnie ramirez,I've used them twice now for oil changes through Groupon, and have been very happy with the service! I have an extremely trustworthy mechanic I've used for 20+ years for repairs, and while many oil change places will recommend additional services that are often just an attempt to upsell you on things you don't need, my mechanic told me today the two things Meineke told me I needed (new rear brakes and a serpentine belt) were true. He replaced both today. Additionally, one other "gotcha" game many quick lube/oil change places play is the price that brought you in is only valid for up to five quarts of oil and then they charge an outrageous additional amount for more oil. This Meineke doesn't do that. He told me on the phone the 6.4 quarts of pure synthetic my car takes would only cost between $5-10 more, and sure enough, it was only an $8 upcharge to the Groupon price last time and this time!

The store manager Tyler, was very friendly, honest, and extremely helpful with pricing and applying discounts to lower the costs. This definitely is NOT a location that will price gouge you for the work they do. After they found out my brakes needed to be replaced Tyler called and requested I come look at them, I wasn’t able to do so, but did see all the pictures they sent over after the inspection was done and DEFINITELY were overdue for a replacement per those. Will be coming back for my future vehicle service needs.
Brittany,I recently went to Meineke for an oil change when the technicians found some dangerous things that needed immediate repair. I was not expecting that but im grateful to them for seeing it. They gave me a ride home when my car was being fixed and picked me up afterwards. They were professional and very kind to be as I was upset at the time. Today my car is safe to drive and running great thanks to Meineke. I would never go anywhere else with my car!

I know nothing about cars, but Jonas and Reuben were able to talk me through (and even SHOW me) the damage to my oil pan/brake pads and why they had to be replaced. Jonas was so understanding and worked with me when I seemed unsure about the price and what was necessary vs a nice to have. As a woman, it can sometimes feel like you are being taken for a ride (no pun intended) at a mechanic, but Jonas and Reuben were so kind, accommodating, and answered every question I had. I will definitely be back and recommending all of my girlfriends to them!
