Ok, brought them a 2008 jeep wrangler jk to fix and exhaust leak. After they looked at it and worked on it to locate the leak it would have been cost prohibitive. They refused to take my $$$$ for the diagnosis. They refused to take any money for the work they did. In addition to the above they fit me in when they had a full schedule on same day. I'll be coming back to them for more repairs. Great bunch of guys!
D P,I had a positive experience at this store. First of all, Tyler and Jonas are very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions. They gave me a lot of confidence. They were able to help get me back on the road quickly. They were both professional and patient. Every time we faced an obstacle they were able to find a good quick solution. I will go back there the next time I need service. I am thankful I pulled in there to get my car looked at. I was pleasantly surprised.
San San,I recently went to Meineke for an oil change when the technicians found some dangerous things that needed immediate repair. I was not expecting that but im grateful to them for seeing it. They gave me a ride home when my car was being fixed and picked me up afterwards. They were professional and very kind to be as I was upset at the time. Today my car is safe to drive and running great thanks to Meineke. I would never go anywhere else with my car!

Brought my car in on Thursday after an overnight shift for front and rear brakes and chose to wait at office until they were done. Tyler and Jonah were awesome - Jonah had the patience of a saint with some spicy walk-in clients and Tyler walked me through repairs and even warned me before hand that I might need a new calipers brought me out so I could see how bad I'd let things get (thankfully the piston didn't seize so we were able to avoid that). Appreciated the honestly and fair pricing, I'll definitely come back for future work.

We asked our questions and his responses were completely professional and he was very thorough of the cost and what the process was. Everything he said came to pass and they went above and beyond. Dropped off car, excellent experience, went to lunch and then got call from Tyler. Went back and were invited into bay to see under carriage. So thorough with issue and information, remedy, etc. We got a full and thorough printed report and also texted to both of us on our phones to have. "Checking out" and paying and further information at the desk was amazing. $70.00 I believe the cost was for everything they did for us. They made us feel like we were the only customers, professional conversations and top notch thorough knowledge and experience altogether. Clean professional shop, office and garage/bays.
