Great service with reasonable rates. Much better than firestone. Kept me updated on progress on my car's both axles brake job (rotors, pads, fluid). Management changed in past 1ish year so ignore o lder comments that had some bad feedback.
I went and got my cabin filter and new HEPA filter for my 2023 Tesla model y replaced and the job was done amazingly and I can definitely feel the difference in the air surrounding me. Great place overall
One word, outstanding. Tyler, Jonas and the whole crew were phenomenal. Needed full pre purchase inspection before deciding on a car. Found great reviews online and decided they were our choice. My husband, Al, left message and I, Chris, also requested what we needed on the website. Not long after received a phone call with message from Tyler, the Manager. We called back after and he answered. How great is that. We asked our questions and his responses were completely professional and he was very thorough of the cost and what the process was. Everything he said came to pass and they went above and beyond. Dropped off car, excellent experience, went to lunch and then got call from Tyler. Went back and were invited into bay to see under carriage. So thorough with issue and information, remedy, etc. We got a full and thorough printed report and also texted to both of us on our phones to have. "Checking out" and paying and further information at the desk was amazing. $70.00 I believe the cost was for everything they did for us. They made us feel like we were the only customers, professional conversations and top notch thorough knowledge and experience altogether. Clean professional shop, office and garage/bays. About a week ago on February 14th I had a puncher in my passenger side tire. It was about 4:30 pm . One of the mechanics Keith told the manager he would stay and fix my tire it took abt 1hr while the store closes at 5pm. He went over and above to help me a credit to Sullivan Tire. A model employee.
