My car started making strange noises. Thinking it might be an exhaust issue, my wife and I stopped in a parking lot and inspected the underside of the car. We saw nothing. She saw Meineke across the street, so we drove over and explained our concern. They quickly put it up on the lift and soon gave us the news. The exhaust was fine. We had transmission failure. We decided it was best to take it back to the dealer in case it was covered. They agreed. I asked how much. They said, "no charge." They were incredibly friendly and helpful. They suggested they could replace the transmission if the dealership couldn't help but there was no pressure. I was incredibly impressed and pleased there are still places like that. Thanks guys!

Exhaust pipe broke on a 14-year-old Honda a few days ahead of a planned long-distance trip. Meineke Fitchburg was the only local car care center nearby, so I thought I was "stuck" with whatever they thought was needed for the repair. But my experience with them exceeded my expectations. They briskly booked me an appointment and evaluated my Honda right away. They zeroed in the specific problem area and solution with no extra "fluff" of "work needed". I had to come back a few hours later because of a part that needed to be transported from another location. But the job was then completed in a short time. Staff was pleasant and helpful and the waiting area was furnished and clean. The price was no bargain but was reasonable. I will recommend them to friends and would book with them again for future services! Update: 2 months after Meineke repaired the exhaust system, the TPMS warning light started randomly beeping and was very annoying. Meineke had noted the TPMS failure during the earlier exhaust work, but we declined having it fixed at the time because the warning light was solid and not annoying. But this time we brought it to Meineke for repair. They honored the previous repair quote for the work, along with a discount coupon found online. The cost was considerably less than it would have been for 2 other places where we had obtained estimates. They did the repair in the stated timeframe and the TPMS system has worked fine since. Staff was friendly and waiting area comfortable. I highly recommend Fitchburg Meineke!

Brought my car in for some work and had a great experience. The team was honest, professional, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They diagnosed the issue quickly, got everything fixed right the first time, and the pricing was fair. The car drives better than ever. Did my control arms and sway bar links in like less than 4 hours, chains obviously charge more than some local shops but if you’re in a pinch like I was you really can’t go wrong. Didn’t try to upsell me UNNECESSARY repairs (said i needed transmission fluid and an oil change, both were correct and were legitimate things my car needs). Best experience I’ve had with a chain auto repair shop by far.

Top notch service!! I needed to have a replacement TPMS sensor installed in my tire. I already had one and stopped to see if they could do the install without an appointment and they took the job no questions asked and had it done very quickly and wouldn’t take any money since it was such a quick repair. Service that is very hard to find these days. This is my second time doing business here and the first time was the same high quality service. The place is clean and well kept up. You can also see your car being worked on from the waiting area so you know your car is getting done. Highly recommend giving them a shot!
