Thank you so much to Cooper, Mike and the others for your dedication, care, and attention to my vehicle and my unusual situation. When I pulled up to the shop, I Cooper came out and lifted my hood and a baby kitten was sitting on a piece of metal, under my hood! The team was able to get him and then serviced my car. One of the team took the kitten home so he was cared for. That is what I call going “above and beyond the call of duty.” They answered all my questions about my car and took care of of repairing it and changing my oil. The charge was not nearly what I expected! I’ll definitely be back.

Tim Thompson,Somewhere along the way, one of your employees set up anotjer account for us that had the name incorrect, and the address incorrect. It was linked to our other account so when you tried to book online, it only would allow you to book an appointment under the incorrect account. We received an email stating that your point system would’ve discontinued and all points needed to be used by March 31st. Last week during an oil change i used some points and I was told I could use my remaining points for an alignment the next week. I tried to use points for my other account for a an alignment and was informed I could not use those points because it was not booked under the correct account. This was your issue created, not mine. I was expecting a call back from the manager to see what could be done for the inconvenience and as of yet, I have heard nothing from the location. Extremely disappointed in the follow up and the lack of accountability for setting up the incorrect account in the first place.
