Helpful and professional staff, but left the cap off my oil. The price of the oil change was quite high, a bit higher than average. Didn’t notice until 800 miles later when I added washer fluid that the oil cap wasn’t put back on. Could have had some real problems.
Got a pre purchase inspection and they were very thorough with pictures and arrows pointing to any issues they found as well as explaining what they found.
Whatever they lack in comparison to the dealerships they make up for in kindness and service! They took good care of my vehicle, assessed and fixed my problem, all for a fair price. For my next repair I’m choosing them again.
