I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced about a year ago at another shop in Derby. I suspected that it was time for the front and asked Meineke to inspect them. They looked at the front and rear brakes and showed me what they found. The front was indeed ready for replacement. The rear also has problems which I will have to take up with the other shop. They let me take pictures of all of it. I appreciate that. They seemed to have nothing to hide. Clean shop, friendly and cooperative people. The service advisor Scott was very helpful in a number of ways and Danthony made quick work of the front brakes and rotors. They had the parts for my car in stock. The cost was comparable to what I paid for the rear brakes and rotors. Prices these days always seem high to me. Lifetime warranty on the pads and two years on the rotors. The recent street changes made it a little puzzling on how to get in but not hard. Worth the effort I think. I recommend them and expect to return for more services latter.
