I am so grateful to the Derby location for repairing my car. It recently went into limp mode with a check engine light on. I had to have it towed back home and reached out to several local "mobile mechanics" who unfortunately turned out to be either flakes or scammers. I researched and found this location and decided at this point I had nothing to lose as I really needed my car to get back to work. They were all so very nice and accommodating in getting me in very quickly. They provided a free inspection and told me the results and let me decide what I wanted to do (I needed transmission oil and filter replaced and a CV Axle replaced). They even gave me a military discount! I have other minor issues and definitely will be going back to them when ready!

They told me it was chevron synthetic blend but truck required additional quart which ran up total to about $35. That’s still a deal that’s hard to beat! Oct 2026 Derby, KS I set up an appointment for 9:00 Tuesday morning - they were done in less than 1 hour. That is excellent service at a great price!
Harry Taylor,I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced about a year ago at another shop in Derby. I suspected that it was time for the front and asked Meineke to inspect them. They looked at the front and rear brakes and showed me what they found. The front was indeed ready for replacement. The rear also has problems which I will have to take up with the other shop. They let me take pictures of all of it. I appreciate that. They seemed to have nothing to hide. Clean shop, friendly and cooperative people. The service advisor Scott was very helpful in a number of ways and Danthony made quick work of the front brakes and rotors. They had the parts for my car in stock. The cost was comparable to what I paid for the rear brakes and rotors. Prices these days always seem high to me. Lifetime warranty on the pads and two years on the rotors. The recent street changes made it a little puzzling on how to get in but not hard. Worth the effort I think. I recommend them and expect to return for more services latter.

They took one look at a woman and decided to lie about the number of quarts of oil my car would take and tried to charge me $160+ for an oil/filter change. I went to Meineke and paid less than half, had great customer service and was treated with respect! They will definitely be my go-to from now on!
