Had car towed to them and they had a busy day and were still able to fit in my repairs and my car was ready right before closing. The lady at the counter was extremely pleasant and accommodating. My friend who drove me also had a issue with his car and asked if they could just take a look at it. Turns out they were able to repair his issue quickly at no charge. So both our cars were repaired efficiently and timely. Highly recommend this place. Excellent knowledgeable service people and mechanics.

Steve G.,I’ve been coming here since they were Family Auto. When they switched to Meineke, I got a bit nervous because a lot of chains can get a bad rap. But knowing John and a lot of his mechanics who have worked with him for years were still there, I gave them a shot. Absolutely not disappointed. Patrice is always warm and welcoming and super knowledgeable. John is one of the most if not the most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with in my life. If I had to think of one thing they’ve done wrong, once after an oil change, they forgot to replace the oil cap. When I brought it up to them, they told me to bring it in right away. Replaced the oil I lost and cleaned up my engine without costing me a cent. They didn’t even try to point the blame elsewhere, they accepted full responsibility. Love these guys, and for as long as I live in the area, they will always be the first ones I go to when I need anything done with my car and I have referred friends and neighbors and will continue to do so! Also, their prices are VERY reasonable. Another reason to keep coming back.

Also, met the owner Alex and was very nice. Highly recommend them. 👍 5/25 - Had AC problems. All fixed. Then, I went to leave and my car wouldn't shift. John came out and said I needed a brake part. They ordered it and half hour later John fixed it and everything was great. They are great. And the young girl (I forgot her name) was nice and knowledgeable too. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 8/5 - John changed my oil and I had a coupon. He showed me how black my air filter was, so had to replace that too. He did a great job like usual. And the owner is Alex who's a nice guy too. Great staff. Very trustworthy and prices are reasonable. Has been my go to shop for years. I highly recommend to everyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💥
