This one’s for the girlies who have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to cars. I went to two different car maintenance places, and both of them told me I needed new rotors and other repairs immediately—for an insane upcharge. I had a gut feeling I was being taken advantage of, so I decided to get a third opinion at Meineke. The guy helping me there completely reassured me that everything was fine. He told me he wouldn’t want to charge me for something that could wait a couple more months. He walked me through exactly what they were going to inspect, what price I should expect, and thoroughly explained every part they checked. It was such a relief to finally find someone honest who wasn’t trying to scare me into paying for unnecessary repairs. If you feel like something is off, trust your gut and get another opinion. As a 20-year-old girl who just moved to Arizona with no family or connections, this was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I highly recommend Meineke and this location specifically.

This Meineke is very trustworthy and reliable. I spoke to Jeremy on the phone regarding some issues that I was having with my car, and that I needed a inspection along with my tire and wheel balance. They were able to get me right in the next day. They actually let me walk back there and get underneath the car myself and see what was going on. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off. I would highly recommend Jeremy, and his mechanic team. They're thorough and they will explain to you what's going on with your vehicle, and again won't try to rip you off. Very trustworthy and reliable. Like I told Jeremy, you all earned a return customer, when the work that is going to be needing done on my car needs done.
