Entire staff is always nice when my son or I come in . We drove 2/12 hrs to Phoenix to have lunch with our son and his wife. Just north of town our battery failed. You have to take the tire and wheel well off to access the battery, so it's not an easy task. Jessica was great, got us in right away. Juan set us up, They took care of the battery install, and the warranty replacement, we were able to have our visit with the kids and get back home up north just like we planned with just a small labor cost.
