Mike the manager at this location is always friendly. listens to the problems and keeps the solution real and to the point along with an estimate of service time. I always take my auto to him since around 2010.

I have been taking my car to Meineke for all of my scheduled maintenance. I keep all of my receipts in my car maintenance book and document the services received so that we can discuss what services that might be needed on my next visit. I have 130,000 miles on my car and Meineke has taken very good care of it!

I was on a road trip and my car was overheating. I googled your location and called. I was told to come in. My problem was diagnosed and repaired as quickly as possible. I was even referred to a lunch location that would give us a great discount. I couldn't be more pleased with John and Jeremy! They were the best! Thanks so much! Tom was able to schedule my appointment and finished the work in a very reasonable amount of time.

The service rep was very helpful and explained additional services needed in priority order. He also wrote info down for my husband to review.

I spoke with Service writer, Tasha about my needs and she set me up with the quickest appointment time, if I leave my vehicle. I did just that and Tasha was able to get the vehicle in to the shop completing the service needed. Thank You.

I really enjoyed the staff! They were honest and sincere and you could tell they cared about the customer. They even knew how to joke around a bit too which was good. Since good laughter is needed sometimes!
