Brought my car in because my brakes were making a grinding sound. They pulled it in and did a comprehensive check. After spending almost two hours looking closely at everything, they came back and told me that there was a little rust on one and a random hard spot in another. Neither was affecting the safety or performance. They said they'd be happy to change them for me if the sound bothered me, but that otherwise I was free to go. I didn't spend a dime. I almost felt bad that they put in so much work on my car only for nothing to be wrong, but what better way to earn my trust? I will definitely be back next time I need something. Thanks!

After inspection, they walked me through everything they looked at and explained any concerns they had very clearly. Very respectful and low pressure when giving quotes on repairs. Their system allows you to view pictures and simple explanations on their inspection from your phone. Also got emissions done.

The brakes worked fine but they were squealing incredibly loud, even after putting over 2,000 miles on them. So, in the middle of a road trip, I took my car into this location in Orem. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fully replaced the brakes under their Meineke warranty with no cost to me. Very grateful for their work.

They explained to me in detail what they were going to do when checking what would be wrong with my ac, they also quoted prices to me. During the check they said they think they found where the leak was and will repair it but still wanted me to come in a week later to double check. Again very nice and straight forward. I appreciated the service and communication.
