Everyone from Leona on the front desk to Lindsey and the mechanics are just 5 star. They are just terrific in their communication. I have taken my 2014 Jeep Wrangler to them every time from normal oil changes to an oil leak. Would not trust anyone else with my Jeep😁
Matthew is super helpful and super awesome and kind. I had an issue with the meineke location in salt lake because when I called to ask if they could take a coupon for a free multi point inspection. They told me that they can’t take it even though the coupon was for that store specifically. I called the Orem location to see if they would be able to take my coupon which they can, but Matthew said I should go in there to show them in person and if they don’t accept it to call him back. So I went in for my appointment and surprise surprise they turned me away. I called Matthew back and he was super helpful, he told me that they would be happy to take my car in and look at it. He told me they’d give me a discount and save a spot for me to get it checked out. I was really pleased that even though it wasn’t this locations fault they were still more than happy to accommodate me and fix the other locations mistake!!!
