More recently, I took our Lexus to Meineke for an oil change. They fit us in the schedule, completed the work quickly, and didn't push other services. And the lobby was very comfortable to complete work while I waited. Thank you! Our daughter made the drive from Austin to Midland and heard a periodic banging/scraping noise. Looking under the car when she arrived we noticed a piece of plastic/metal dragging. We brought the care to Meineke on a Saturday morning without an appointment - they fit us in immediately and removed the item for a smoother ride back to Austin. Grateful!

Next morning, i visited Meineke as recommended over others, wherein Assn't Mgr Jillian greeted me; heard my concerns of severity, safety and unanticipated vehicular loss. She exhibited confidence and assurance that her staff was experienced in remedying my situation. Diagnostics reinforced her confidence and furthermore, permitted my outta town excursion in a timely manner. Had this level of expertise and experience been any less, my experience might feel so less inclined. J Gordxn,Took my 10yr old Chevrolet Silverado in for AC issues. Was told way ahead of time they are busy but will get me taken care of! Truck was in the shop possibly two weeks, but I was aware it wasn’t gonna be an easy fix. Any new issues that arose I was called immediately with a game plan. The front desk clerk was VERY professional and communicative. Very impressed with her and everything she handles! The mechanics walked me through everything that was done or could possibly be wrong, and if anything arose to shoot them a call to get in. Took a couple times, but we finally got it fixed! Meineke in Midand is a great establishment who truly takes care of their customers. Despite negative reviews on here, REMEMBER if everyone knew EXACTLY what to do ALL THE TIME, the world would be a much easier place! Have some grace and patience, because they do their jobs VERY WELL! Price was decent, but what isn’t expensive on a vehicle. Has been running great since so I saved in the long run!
