Hands down one of the best oil change experiences I've had! The staff was welcoming, professional, and treated me with genuine respect from the moment I arrived. They got me in and out quickly without trying to upsell unnecessary services, and they explained everything clearly. As a member of the Black community, it's refreshing to find a business where I felt comfortable, valued, and appreciated. Great customer service, fair pricing, and quality work go a long way. Angelica Collins,Overall, I had a good experience here and would come back. Booking online was super easy, and they started my appointment right on time, which I really appreciated. One of the best parts of the experience was the full vehicle inspection. They text you a detailed report with photos, explanations and recommendations, so you can actually see what they’re talking about rather than just being handed a list of suggested services. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to add anything on while I was there. They gave me the information and pricing and let me decide what I wanted to do. A few things kept it from being five stars. The waiting area is pretty small and the chairs aren't particularly comfortable if you're going to be there for a while. Some of the quoted prices for recommended repairs/services also seemed on the high side. A couple of items were labeled as being due "per maintenance schedule," even though I couldn't find those intervals in my vehicle's actual manufacturer maintenance schedule, so I'd recommend double-checking recommendations before approving them. The only real hiccup was that my tire pressure light came on a few miles after leaving the shop, so I had to turn around and go back. To their credit, they immediately took care of it and even drove the car afterward to make sure everything was good before sending me back on my way. Annoying to have to return, but I appreciated how they handled it. Overall, a solid experience: easy scheduling, on time, transparent inspection process and no pushy upselling. Just a few areas that could be improved.

It had been very noisy for years and I finally decided to bring it to Meineke for an estimate when they opened the location on Airport Blvd. The price was reasonable so I proceeded with the repairs. It no longer feels like it's going to fall apart when I hit a bump. I'm a satisfied customer and will be going back for other repairs.
